The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade, which truly made my visit unforgettable, along with the varieties of restaurants & bars. The main pool, adult pool , and beach front amenities are all fantastic 👌 along with its service. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, sophisticated, and offered stunning Jacuzzi open to a river pool. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities, was carefully curated to ensure a luxurious experience. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing top-notch accommodations for their guests. What impressed me the most was the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff and the welcoming hospitality for our anniversary. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to customer service is truly commendable and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. What can i say about The Four Seasons in Limassol!! Went during the Christmas holiday season. Amazing festive decoration all over the hotel, great helpfull staff. Whatever you ask, they just cannot say no. We asked bathrobes for our kids and brougth it in the swimming pool area. We even asked for water masks for the indoor pool. They couldn't say no again. Good indoor pool temperature, nice jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and ice room also. Very nice and tropical breakfast area. Ate our breakfast by the lake outside full of tropical fish. Amazing food in general. Very good kids club also. They gave us very nice gift bags for our kids. Just perfect....all the way Will come back soon

We were also invited on a free excursion to one of the traditional villages by the Guest Relationship Manager, Andreas Alkiviades, who also lead the excursion, and it was probably the highlight of our week.
